Ordering through Garmin would’ve meant waiting up to 8 weeks so I was so pleased to come across your website in my online search. Thank you very much. Excellent watch, pictures don't do it justice. The green dial is stunning - a very underrated colour. Service from FCW was excellent. I made an offer to purchase the watch for £260 and they were very quick and kind enough to accept it. I placed the order at 2pm and the watch arrived at 10am the next day. In addition, all my requests were fulfilled; the bracelet was adjusted to my wrist size and the correct date and time was set. Will definitely use FCW again in the future.

Ordered a G-Shock solar (first one, getting fed up of winding and setting time/date on all my mechanicals) 14:30hrs and received the watch next day. Great service, kept fully updated throughout the process by email from clicking buy to having the watch on wrist. Good price when compared to other retailers online and in store. Will certainly look here for my next watch.

Nice replacement for my old Garmin watch strap, which had worn out. Easy to fit. Great price and quick delivery.

Lovely looking watch. Lightness makes it ideal as a daily. Lume excellent and lasts at least 8hrs. Love the retro “old radium” colour in daylight (green in the dark). Excellent service from First Class Watches.

Hopeless waited six weeks and no watch arrived. Then asked to resubmit payment as this had expired due to the length of time of watch not being in stock.
Resubmitted payment then informed watch was no longer available a week later.
Very poor service. Should not advertise wathes that are not available.

I am very sorry for the poor communication on our part regarding your order. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers and we are looking to take your feedback onboard.

I am looking into this to see what has gone wrong on this order. I can see that you originally ordered the watch on 17th May which was on a 6+ week delivery timescale. Unfortunately the PayPal payment did expire as the watch wasn't ready until 24th June. I believe it was then paid for and sent but for some reason it was returned by DPD and we refunded it.

I believe this may have been an issue with DPD that compounded our error and led to the item being returned without your knowledge as I don't believe you requested this. We will be speaking to our DPD account manager to learn why they returned this instead of completing the delivery to the address we provided from your order.
