My first purchase resulted in an issue and I chose to return the watch. Rowland at Customer Services was efficient and helpful. The return and full refund was easy and fast. My confidence was such that I momemtarily took stock and ordered again. Amother watch had taken my eye. I am delighted with my choice. The delivery by Royal Mail allows a specific choice of date and you can select your local Post Office. Far better than waiting in all day.
