I cannot comment on the product as it is a Christmas gift - but I can confirm that the service I received from First Class Watches was indeed "First Class". I had a query - the phone call was answered promptly - and by a human (!) - who immediately dealt with my query to my complete satisfaction. The watch arrived on the promised day (less than 48 hours after my order had been placed) - well packaged and in perfect condition. Well done First Class Watches! (I might add the watch was nearly £60 cheaper than my favourite store).
