I used First Class Watches' price match guarantee to get a Garmin Instinct Solar 2x. I'm so glad that I did, and not because of the lower price, but because of the professionalism and speed of service provided. My purchase came two days after I paid for it and has a two-year warranty because First class Watches is an authorised Garmin dealer. Wanted the Epix pro 51mm, asked if first class did trade in’s for my Garmin at the time. They dont but they did instantly knock some money off the price of the Epix as a nice gesture and gave me a code so the price would be valid for 2 weeks. Fortunately I sold my watch, used the code and I got the Epix for the revised price. Ordered on a Friday morning and it was with me by midday on Saturday. First class service, simple ordering process and all round no fuss. Would definitely order again. The watch itself is fantastic!

Another highly positive experience ordering from FCW. This time, a Certina DS PH200M. The watch itself looks great. A couple of tiny quality issues with the bezel, but not enough of an issue to make me return it. The rotating bezel feels a lot looser than my other divers, and there is play in it (around 1mm). We’ll see how it survives over time. Can’t comment on the timing accuracy, as it only arrived today. But I have other watches with this movement, and they all perform well. The packaging is great, and gives the experience of a luxury feel at a budget price. I would highly recommend FCW. It’s a shame they don’t have a slightly more luxury offering, because the customer service experience is very good indeed.
