Returns PolicyIn addition to our 30 day returns policy all items purchased from October 1st 2024 may now be returned up until 15th January 2025, terms apply.
We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 30 days to change your mind on your purchase (excludes pre-owned watches). You may do this by using the form provided with your order or otherwise. We will provide a refund of all payment received (not including delivery upgrades), usually within 48 hours of receipt of the product. This will be made to the original payment method. For most payment methods it will take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.
Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy.For UK orders under £500, you may generate a free tracked and insured returns label on the Royal Mail website (opens in a new window). You can print this label and send it back at any local Post Office at no cost to yourself. It is also possible to have the label printed at Post Office using the QR code from the confirmation email. Please retain the proof of postage receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund of return postage for returns through other methods, so we recommend printing the free postage label provided. For orders over £500, please consult your receipt for details on how to return. For international returns, you will need to bear the cost of returns postage. Please ensure the watch is returned to us in an unworn, new condition with all the original packaging (manufacturer's manual and guarantee if applicable). We are also able to offer an exchange to a different product if required, please specify this when returning your product.
If a fault develops with a watch that is outside of the 30 day returns period or is no longer in a new condition the watch can be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of the guarantee (we are an official UK dealer for all brands on our website) so that they can rectify any issues. I've wanted this watch for a while now and decided to make an offer to First Class Watches and they came back with a counter offer and I accepted very easy and hassle free.
I love this Watch. It has a nice heavy duty feel to it, a lovely bezel and a classy looking metal strap. It came with official box, papers and 5 year guarantee.
I would definitely recommend this Watch and First Class Watches. It was refreshing to be informed of delivery date by Email ( Great communication by the way ) and it actually arriving when stated.

Have received the watch after placing the order within 24 hrs from the UK to Hungary, which is excellent service.
The watch is absolutely eye-catching, the overall appearance and the minute details are amazing. Setting up is not so easy though, this timepiece is definitely for real watch-lovers who appreciate complexity. The only downside is the lower-part of the bracelet, where the removable chain-pieces are not flexible-enough, they don't quite take up the shape of your wrist.Written by:Peter Papp

VERIFIED FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER
This watch is fully featured (UTC dial, 24h day/night dial, second timezone display, solar charging, chrono and countdown, calendar, 2 alarms, etc.), it's not that complex to grasp and the manual is exhaustive and simple, but there are a lot of features to tinker with.
The dial is nevertheless pretty legible, but I have 2 minor nitpicks:
* I find the analog hands getting in the way of the digital dial way too often, if I'm timing something with the chrono I don't want to see the hands in front of it, would be nice if they moved to 12:00. If it's the hour hands I can always switch to another timezone to move it out of the way, but for the minute hands it's harder (need to find a 15-minute off timezone and all)
* in low light the digital dials are sometimes a bit hard to read, but the LED lighting is here for that reason I guess
Size-wise, it's a monster :) 23mm lugs, 51mm width with the crown, 47-48 without the crown, pretty hefty with the milanese bracelet but it's still comfortable, mostly thanks to that bracelet balancing the weight a bit. Definitely not for small wrists though.
All in all, very happy with the purchase as there are no dealbreakers, will definitely keep it and use it!Written by:Lucas
