The Alpina Seastrong Smartwatch
Alpina watches is well known with professional divers and is a go to brand for diving watches since the 1960’s when the Seastrong “10” was already capable of reaching an incredible 200m/660 ft which was very impressive for its time let a lone today. In 2015 and 2016, Alpina watches introduced two sports smartwatches for women and men which were a great success and this year the Swiss brand is aiming to achieve new depths with its brand new Alpina Seastrong Smartwatch.
The Alpina Seastrong Smartwatch features the AL-282 module technology created in collaboration with MMT, it allows you to easily pair your Seastrong Horological Smartwatch to your iOS or Android phone through the MMT-365 app and immediately start using the host of useful functions. As the user you are able to receive track your Activity throughout the day, monitor your Sleep Patterns during the night, Call & Email Notifications, set up Sleep Cycle Alarms to allow you wake up fully charged knowing you had the proper night sleep, set up multiple Get-Active Alerts to remind you to stay active during the day, automatically update your watch’s Time & Date and receive health tips via the Dynamic Coaching. The Alpina Seastrong Smartwatch Worldtimer also keeps track of your hometown’s time as well as storing your data on a Cloud so you can rest assured that you can restore it if you loose your phone or watch.
The Seastrong Horological Smartwatch remains faithful to the traditional Swiss watchmaking practises and codes. Its innovative design was inspired by the historical Alpina diving watches of the 1920’s and features a bold black or blue analogical dial which allows the iconic Alpina watches logo to stand out. A 44m fiberglass case featuring a 60 minute uni-directional turning bezel is an extremely important “fail-safe” feature in all divers watches to prevent any number of elapsed minutes to be accidentally decreased. The watch holds a reliable 100m/330ft water-resistance and the luminous hands, indexes and markers which allow for perfect visibility under a range of varied and ever changing circumstances. The all-purpose rubber strap is the perfect strap for the casual wearer as well as the recreational diver. The collection presents 4 models, each sporting a different bezel colour: black, green, orange and navy blue.
