All-New Oris Divers Date Watches
The Case and Dial
The new Oris Divers Date watches are available in three stylish dial colours; beige (01 733 7795 4051-SET), black (01 733 7795 4054-SET) and blue (01 733 7795 4055-SET). And while the colour varies, the dial design remains universal across the trio. With a refreshed and condensed retro typeface, each watch exhibits a mix of silver-tone dot and baton indices alongside silver-tone hands. For improved legibility, the hands and indices feature bevelled edges and a luminescent coating. Further enhancing this legibility, a date aperture sits at the 6 o’clock position. Domed on both sides and with an anti-reflective coating on the inside, a sapphire crystal protects the dial; it ensures maximum clarity and durability while maintaining a vintage look.
Measuring 39mm in diameter, a multi-piece stainless steel case frames each dial. Each watch also has a unidirectional rotating bezel with a scratch and fade-resistant black ceramic insert. Thanks to the 3 o’clock crown, each new Divers Date is water-resistant up to an impressive 200 metres. Moreover, each model features a new transparent case back which offers the wearer a glimpse of the movement within.
The Movement and Finishing Touches
Housed within each high-quality stainless steel case, and visible through the transparent case back, is the watch’s Oris Calibre 733-1 automatic movement. Beating at a frequency of 28’800 A/h and with 26 jewels, it provides each watch with an upgraded 41-hour power reserve. As well as this, the movement allows for a variety of functions such as a date window, an instantaneous date, a date corrector, a fine timing device and a stop-second.
A multi-piece stainless steel bracelet concludes the design of each timepiece. Fastening with a folding clasp, it ensures a safe and secure fit on the wrist. For an adaptable look, each watch also comes with an additional quick-change black rubber strap. Taking your timepiece from classic to sporty, it completely transforms the overall design; in some senses, giving you an entirely different timepiece.
Contemporary yet timeless, these watches capture the rich Oris Divers’ heritage in a stylish way. If this trio of timepieces have caught your eye, click here to visit our website and make that purchase!
