GMT Watches for Different Styles & Budgets

Fossil Men’s Blue (46mm) Blue Dial / Black Silicone Strap FS6049

Following a typical dive watch style, this Fossil is perfect for those seeking a sporty GMT timepiece. The black-to-blue gradient dial features a mix of silver-tone dot and baton indices as well as silver-tone hour, minute and second hands. For a playful contrast, the GMT hand is orange and allows for the reading of a second time zone. To ensure optimal readability, even in low-light conditions, each of these elements features a luminescent coating. Further enhancing the functionality of this watch, a date aperture features at 3 o’clock. The dial is protected by a strong mineral crystal, so it can withstand knocks and bumps relatively well. Measuring 46mm in diameter, a stainless steel case frames the dial. Alongside this is a black-to-blue gradient rotating bezel, which complements the dial greatly; it also provides great safety whilst diving. A black silicone strap concludes the design of this Fossil timepiece.

With a high-quality quartz movement, and up to 100 metres of water resistance, this GMT watch is ready for everyday wear. Perfect for sporty individuals and those on a budget, it impresses with its great functionality and stylish design.

STORM Men’s Dualaton Rubber Slate Blue (47mm) Black Dial / Black Rubber Strap 47540/SL/B

Storm is known for its futuristic and edgy style, and this model makes no exception. While it is not your typical GMT watch, it boasts the same intricate complications; just in a more unique way. Its multi-layer skeleton cog dial features screwed details and two sub-dials. The top left sub-dial is the main time-telling zone, whereas the bottom right sub-dial is the GMT dual-time function; which allows for the reading of a second time zone. Surrounding all of this is a 47mm IP slate-plated stainless steel case, with a brushed finish, and two crown guards; they help to lock in the watch’s 50 metres of water resistance. The case also provides housing for the watch’s quartz movement. Reliable and precise it ensures accurate timekeeping. Ensuring great durability and comfort, a soft-feel black rubber strap secures the watch to the wrist.

A truly unusual accessory, this GMT watch is ideal for the cool and masculine who wants to make a statement with his timepiece. Sure to catch the eye of anyone passing by, not only will your wrist thank you for this purchase, but your wallet too!

Out Of Order Midori Automatic GMT (40mm) Green Dial / Ultra-Brushed Stainless Steel Bracelet OOO.001-25.MI.BAND.SS

As its name suggests, this model draws inspiration from a Midori Sour cocktail. Characterised by its green colour, the cocktail impresses with its vibrancy; and so does this watch. The double-layer matte dial, nuanced from light green to dark green, features applied luminescent indices and hands. And to ensure the arrow GMT hand stands out, it is bright yellow; reminiscent of the lemon juice used within the cocktail. The dial also features a date aperture at 3 o’clock. Framing the dial is a domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal as well as a green dual-tone 60-click, bidirectional rotating stainless steel bezel. A brushed and polished stainless steel case also frames the dial. Measuring 40mm in diameter, it houses the automatic mechanical GMT movement with a 41-hour power reserve. A vertical brushed and polished stainless steel bracelet concludes the design of this timepiece. For an added touch, the screw case back features low-relief textures relevant to a Midori Sour and the watch itself comes in a cocktail shaker!

This GMT watch is a great choice for those who want to explore the kaleidoscope of colour. Bright, bold and beautiful, it ensures the GMT complication is the cocktail’s main ingredient; standing out with its vibrant yellow colour.

Allemano 1919 GMT Polished Automatic (44mm) Antique White Dial / Black Leather Strap GMT A 1919 SP-LW

This GMT watch oozes vintage flair and sophistication. The antique white dial features matte black Arabic numerals and matching hands. However, for a pop of colour, one of the hands is red. As a standard, the watch has hour, minute and second hands, but for those who constantly travel this is not enough. Hence, the GMT hand allows for the option to display a second time zone. Measuring 44mm in diameter, and with a polished finish, a stainless steel case frames the dial. And for optimal durability, a sapphire crystal protects the dial. Overleaf, the watch features a sapphire crystal exhibition case back. Through this, the wearer can both observe and enjoy the movement that powers the timepiece. Said movement is automatic with a 42-hour power reserve. A soft black Italian leather strap, with red accents, concludes the design of this Allemano.

A watch made to keep up with varying time zones and locations, this Allemano ensures you’ll be travelling in great style with great precision. And while it is on the pricier side, its complexity and quality makes every penny spent worth it.

Elliot Brown Beachmaster Quartz GMT ‘GHOST’ (40mm) Light Stone Dial / Black Rubber Strap 0H0-622-R51G

Limitied to 500 pieces, this Beachmaster features a light stone dial with a subtle matte wave ‘amphibious assault’ graphic at its centre. Adorning the dial are luminous tonal grey baton indices, Arabic numerals and matching hands. The stand out feature, however, is its bespoke double-arrow GMT hand. Working hand in hand with the Swiss quartz movement that powers the watch, the GMT hand is simultaneously capable of displaying a second time zone via the inner 24h track whilst also referencing the split inner 24h timing bezel for mission timing duties. Surrounding all of this is a bidirectional rotating internal mission timing bezel with a clock-lock ceramic ball-bearing mechanism. A 40mm dark grey sandblasted PVD stainless steel case houses the dial, while a domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects it. Together, they make for a durable and reliable design. The black cut-to-fit rubber diver strap that concludes the design of the watch highlights this further.

Even with its sleek and sophisticated design, this Beachmaster is an ideal choice for military personnel. Both an aesthetic and a mechanical treat, it’s no wonder its one of our favourite GMT watches.
