The Dial and Movement
This watch exhibits a bold blackout design, meaning that every element of the timepiece is black. The black dial is adorned with black hands and indices alongside a date aperture. However, a pop of colour is added to the dial using Luminox Light Technology. The hands and indices are equipped with this technology in shades of yellow and ice blue. This detail symbolises how the Navy SEAL Foundation shines a light on veterans and their families. Luminox Light Technology provides constant illumination for up to 25 years, ensuring that the dial can always be read in the dark. To ensure extra durability and legibility, the dial is protected by anti-reflective sapphire glass. In addition, this model is powered by a Swiss Quartz movement.
The Case and Finishing Touches
The black case and unidirectional bezel of this timepiece are both crafted from Carbonox. This innovative carbon compound material was introduced by Luminox in 2006. It is durable and rigid whilst remaining impressively lightweight, making it the perfect choice for this military wristwatch. The case measures 45mm in diameter and 14mm in depth, ensuring it creates an impact on the wrist. This watch is secured on the wrist using a black rubber strap that is secured using a black Carbonox buckle. This timepiece is water resistant up to 20 bar.
