Expanding its popular collection for women, Raymond Weil is releasing a new Noemia range. Characterised by its luxurious and feminine designs, the Noemia collection is named after the brand’s founder’s grandmother and pays homage to the beauty of womenkind. Perfect for self-assured women who embrace their individuality, this launch consists of five sumptuously designed new models, each set with up to 56 diamonds. Core Features of the New Raymond Weil Noemia Range
Cases and Diamond Detailing
The new models are split into two different case sizes: 32mm and 24mm. For each size, an all-over stainless steel model and a two-tone gold PVD and steel model are available. However, the larger 32mm range also offers a stunning red dial option (5132-STP-00456) too.
In terms of the diamond-set parts of the design, the Noemias are more experimental than most. For example, on the two-tone 32mm model (5132-S1P-00966), the case is set with 42 diamonds. Their placement is simply beautiful, as they naturally extend up from the 9 o’clock position on the casing to the lugs. Mirroring this, there is also a branch cascading downwards from the 3 o’clock position. However, perfect for those who love a stronger sparkle, the 32mm all-steel model (5132-S2S-00966) features a fully diamond-set bezel. Likewise, both the 24mm two-tone (5124-S2P-00966) and full stainless steel models (5124-S2S-00966) feature the same diamond framing, each boasting 50 crystals in total.
Dial Design and Finishing Touches
The dials reinforce the luxurious feel of each watch. With the exception of the red colourway, each of the watches features a sumptuous white mother-of-pearl dial set with a mixture of diamond-set indices and classical Roman numerals. On the two-tone and red models, these indices boast a beautiful warm golden framing. Conversely, the all-steel models feature uniform cool silver-tone trimmings. Ticking away at the centre of each model, sleek baton hour and minute hands take on each of these corresponding colours.
Extending from one side of the stainless steel case to the other, a high-quality sapphire crystal shields the dial on each Noemia. Overleaf, a screwed-down case back offers maximum protection to the battery-powered quartz movement beating within. Moreover, this sturdy casing ensures the watches are all water resistant up to 50 metres, perfect for everyday wear.
Contributing to the elegant silhouette of the model is a sleek stainless steel bracelet. It seamlessly blends into the case design, giving the watch its fluid outline. At the back, each of the bracelets fastens with a stainless steel folding clasp using a double-push security system. On the two-tone models, sumptuous gold PVD detailing also accents the bracelet for some extra glamour.
