Whilst the new models are not chronographs, they do retain an indisputably technical feel.
The All New Hamilton Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer Models
The new watch design comes in three different models. This ensures that it appeals to a wide range of Hamilton’s fan base. This watch is available in two sizes to make sure that it will fit a variety of wrist sizes. The three models share some very distinctive features. Each watch is adorned with a black bi-rotational bezel, providing the wearer with a high level of functionality. The watches also all have a prominent crown. This is designed with reference to the ‘onion’ crowns of vintage aviation watches.
The black dial of each timepiece features gold, ultra legible numeral indices. This ensures that the dial is easy to read whilst on the move. This trait is taken from the aviation and military roots of the watch design. Each dial features traditional cathedral hands to further the vintage style of the watches. An authentic railway track outer scale frames the dial of each of the three watches.

This model is the smallest of the three all new Hamilton Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer Models. It has a case size of 38mm. The case is made from stainless steel and features an open case back to expose the powerful movement within. This watch is powered by Hamilton’s iconic H-10 movement. This movement is automatic and provides the watch with up to 80 hours of power reserve. The black dial of the watch is protected by anti-reflective sapphire glass. This model has a fairly clean and simple dial for a chic, modern edge. The timepiece is finished with a classic brown calf leather strap. This strap is detailed with small, cream contrast stitches. Additionally, the watch is water resistant up to 100 metres (10 bar).
Hamilton Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer Mechanical Stainless Steel 43mm H76719530
This watch is one of the larger models in the new launch. The black dial of this model is framed by a stainless steel case that measures 43mm in diameter. The dial is protected by anti-reflective sapphire glass. This ensures that the dial can be read easily, even under bright lights. Other than the size, the key difference with this model is that the dial features a small seconds dial. This feature provides the wearer with additional functionality. The watch is powered by a mechanical ETA 6498 hand wound movement. This movement gives the watch a truly vintage feel and can be viewed through the open case back. The watch is secured on the wrist using a traditional brown calf leather strap. It is detailed with cream contrast stitching. The timepiece is suitable for daily wear as it is water resistant up to 100 metres (10 bar).
Hamilton Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer Mechanical Bronze 43mm H76709530
This model truly stands out within the new range due to its unique bronze colour. The watch has the same black dial as the other models and features a protective lens of sapphire glass. However, the dial of this watch is framed by a bronze and titanium case. This provides the watch with an unusual, yet incredibly attractive appearance. This case measures 43mm in diameter and houses a hand wound ETA 6498-1 movement. The movement can be viewed through the open case back. Many watch collectors enjoy being able to watch the powerful movements within their watch. A transparent case back allows them to admire the precision required to build them. This model is finished with a brown leather strap which features cream contrast stitching. The watch is water resistant up to 100 metres, ensuring that it is suitable and practical for daily wear.
