MeisterSinger has launched its most robust watch yet. The new MeisterSinger Unomat has already won Red Dot Design Award and is set to become one of the brand’s most iconic timepieces. The Unomat models retain all of the recognisable features of the MeisterSinger brand whilst providing a level of robustness that has not been seen before in any of the brand’s creations. The new Unomat design is available in two styles, allowing the wearer to choose the one that best aligns with their personal fashion.
MeisterSinger have designed the new models to be suitable for all occasions. Both designs of the watch can be dressed up and paired with a suit for office or occasion wear or worn with diving gear to make use of the impressive water resistance rating. The Unomat will make a faithful companion in all walks of life and the classic design will appeal to the tastes of many watch collectors. The Unomat watches are in a new larger size, allowing for a clear and easy to read dial with a larger date aperture.
The brand does not believe in tracking every second of time as it passes, so each dial is designed so that time can only be tracked to the nearest five minutes. The Unomat watches are no exception. This method allows the wearer to simply experience time as it happens rather than concern themselves with how quickly it is passing.
The Movement
The New MeisterSinger Unomat watches are powered by a Sellita SW400 automatic movement. This movement uses 26 jewels and 28,800 semi oscillations per hour to power the watch, providing it with a power reserve of up to 38 hours. One of the new technological design features of the Unomat models is that they are antimagnetic. To achieve this, the movement is encased in layers of soft iron to protect it from the radiation that is produced by mobile phones, electrical appliances, magnetic fasteners and laboratory equipment. This design feature ensures that the Unomat watches have magnetic field protection up to 24.000 A/m.
The New MeisterSinger Unomat Watches
The new MeisterSinger Unomat watches have a classic and timeless design to ensure that they are easy to style for daily wear. The dial of each watch is protected by sapphire crystal and framed by a stainless steel case. The case of each watch measures 43mm in diameter and 13.2mm in height. The case exhibits a protected crown and screw-fastened case back. These features both aid in the impressive water resistance rating of up to 300 metres (30 bar). This rating means that the Unomat models can be worn for almost all water-based activities.

This new MeisterSinger Unomat model has a black dial that exhibits the brand’s iconic single hand. The dial features white double digit Arabic indices with luminous beige baton indices. The luminous beige shade is continued onto the broad, needle shaped hand to give the dial a cohesive look. A date aperture is placed in the 6 o’clock position on the dial. The watch is finished with a stainless steel bracelet that perfectly complements the stainless steel case of the watch.

This Unomat watch features a classic MeisterSinger dial in an unusual shade of steel blue that will be sure to stand out. The dial exhibits the brand’s iconic single hand in a shade of luminous pale blue. The outer edge of the dial features small white and luminous blue baton indices placed at five-minute time intervals. The luminous features ensure that the dial can be read in the dark or underwater. A date aperture features at 6 o’clock for optimal timekeeping.
