Longines have introduced two new models to the HydroConquest line up in the form of two rose gold PVD plated chromatic watches. The all new Longines HydroConquest models come in both grey and black to ensure that the wearer can choose which colour suits their personal style best. The HydroConquest has been redesigned in multiple colourways to celebrate the watch and its popularity and the way it lends itself to colourful and fun designs.

The All New Longines HydroConquest Watches
The new watches are both very similar, but in different colour schemes. Both watches are water resistant up to 300 metres (30 bar), so are suitable to wear for almost all swimming and diving activities. This makes the watches an excellent choice for daily wear as the wearer would not need to worry about removing them for any reason. This high water resistance rating is aided by the screw down crown and case back of each watch.
The new rose gold HydroConquest models are both powered by an exclusive self-winding movement of the calibre L888.5. This movement features an anti-magnetic silicone balance spring to ensure for flawless and precise timekeeping. The movement beats at 25’200 vibrations per hour, providing the watch with a power reserve of up to 72 hours.

This all new Longines HydroConquest watch exhibits an attractive grey, silver and rose gold colour scheme. The watch features a sunray grey dial which has a date aperture positioned at 3 o’clock. The applied rose gold Arabic indices and white dot indices are treated with SuperLuminova to ensure that the dial can be read in the dark and deep underwater. The dial features rose gold hour, minute and second hands to match the other rose gold details of the watch. Scratch-resistant and anti-reflective sapphire glass protects the dial, and a grey unidirectional rotating ceramic bezel surrounds it. The bezel features a rose gold edge and is detailed with a minute track. The stainless steel case measures 41mm in diameter and 11.9mm in thickness. The grey model is finished with a grey rubber strap that fastens using a double security folding clasp with an integrated diving extension piece.

The black model of the all new Longines HydroConquest launch features a black dial with a black strap. The strap is made of rubber and fastens using a double security folding clasp with an integrated diving extension piece to ensure for a secure and comfortable fit. The black dial exhibits rose gold applied Arabic indices with white applied dot indices. A date aperture is placed in the 3 o’clock position on the dial. Rose gold hour, minute and second hands perfectly complement the dark dial and are easy to read against the black background. The dial is surrounded by a black ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel that features a rose gold edge. Anti-reflective sapphire glass protects the dial, ensuring that it can be easily read even under bright lights. The stainless steel case of this model measures 41mm in diameter and 11.9mm in thickness and houses the powerful and precise movement that powers the watch.
