The Maestro collection is influenced by one of the most important pieces in an orchestra, the conductor. The word “maestro” comes from Italian and means “master” or “teacher”. The term, most commonly used in classical music. The maestro’s importance is paramount to the operation of an orchestra as they guide the choir and players. Raymond Weil has used the Maestro Collection in a similar way. The timepieces in the line are classic with a simple, stylish silhouette. The watches highlight the important role they hold in the brand’s portfolio. Their refined design is representative of the brand’s other models. Two new models have been added to the collection.

The first timepiece features a 40 mm stainless steel case plated in rose-gold. Roman-numerals also in rose-gold contrast the grey dial with brushed finish. Tapered baton hands complete the dial design. The subtle sectioning of the dial adds a modern touch to the timepiece. A brown leather strap with white top-stitching secures the watch. It closes by a folding clasp with a double push-security system. Protecting the dial and the exhibition case back is a sapphire crystal. The movement type of the model is automatic with a power-reserve of up to 38 hours.

The second addition to the collection is a timepiece with a more distinctly classic look. The 40 mm case is made of stainless steel with a polished finish. Its brushed silver dial features applied black hour-markers and blued steel hands. A date aperture is placed at the 3 o’clock position. As with the other new Maestro automatic the watch has a sapphire crystal covering the dial and the exhibition case-back. Securing the watch is a black leather strap with alligator like embossing. The watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters ot 5 bars. The model also has an automatic movement type with a 38-hour power reserve.
