This is why these watches have been built to U.S military standards of 810G for thermal, shock and water resistance (100m). Not only this, but the Instinct also comes packed with tech, and fantastic features, including a built-in 3-axis compass and barometric altimeter alongside multiple global nav satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS and Galileo)which allows you to stay on track through the most challenging of environments!
With the Instinct on your wrist, you will also have the ability to track your own heart rate, activity and stress levels, as well as receive training support with the help of automatic data uploads to the Garmin Connect™ online fitness community and smart notifications. Garmin have also given the Instinct a battery life of up to 14 days in smartwatch mode, up to 16 hours in GPS mode and up to 40 hours in UltraTrac™ battery saver mode (depending on settings) which will help you to stay on the move, and keep going when you need it most.
