First Class Watches Christmas returns period is live now!
January 16th 2019 is the date to remember.
Christmas is a hectic time of year, and within all the chaos it’s hard to get everything right when buying presents for family and friends. However, when purchasing from First Class Watches, there is no longer anything to worry about, we have extended our current returns period of 30 days in to our fantastic Christmas returns period, which will run all the way up to January 16th 2019.
So, if you’ve purchased a watch/jewellery, or had a gift bought for you, you have until the 16th Jan to return the item back to ourselves. We advise sending items back as soon as possible after Christmas due to the turn around time during this busy period, so the sooner we can have the item back, the sooner we can process your return!
We advise all customers who are buying a product as a gift to open up the order and double check that everything is expected, and that it is the perfect gift for that lucky someone!
Our team will attend to returns as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask that you clearly include your order number inside the parcel (this can be found at the top of your invoice, or on your email confirmation) so that we can deal with your return as soon as possible.
Exchanges
With over 10,000 watches in stock, from 120+ brands, we have a watch for everyone! So if you have been gifted a watch that’s not quite for you, then head over to our site and find one that is!
Don’t worry if the price is different, if you choose an item with a lower value then we will refund the difference back to the payment method used when the order was first placed, and if the item you choose to exchange to has a higher price than the original, then we will arrange payment with yourself, if this is PayPal we will send a payment request to the address you provide, and if you wish to pay by card then you will be required to call us onĀ 01926 298499 to make the additional payment.
All exchanges will be dispatched back to you as soon as possible, and if the item you have chosen is out of stock, this will be ordered from the manufacturers
Refunds
In order to qualify for a full refund, the watch/jewellery must be in a new and unworn condition, with no signs of wear, or damage (scratches to the bracelet/glass). We advise that you check over the item upon receipt to make sure that you are completely happy with it, so that there is no issue or confusion caused when it comes to returning the item.
