Festival Fashion 2018
Beautiful Ladies, the sky is blue, the sand is hot, the clothes are short and the music is loud! Its festival time! Thats right its time for a bit of festival fashion 2018.
So last year in festivals a lot of jewels and metallic’s, almost a mermaid look was worn. This summer is a little bit more maintainable, but still as magical. Layers this year are of course everything! Much like London Street style 2018 they are everything in festival fashion! So my gorgeous readers here is a guide to festival fashion and what will have you looking fabulous as you are dancing to that music.
Festival Fashion- Boho.
Boho, is all about the baggy. There is nothing wrong with a item of fashion that doesn’t restrict your breathing. Ladies we have all been there, in that stunning tight little mini dress or skirt and top which is absolutely drop dead gorgeous, but in the ridiculous amounts of sunshine you end up feeling like you are wearing a corset and by the time you change your clothes you have to pull the item of your skin because it has basically moulded into your skin by sweat. Boho Fashion is loose and still gorgeous! Its an updated 1970’s hippy style.
So lets start with those stunning little mini shorts, They are perfect for any festival for two reasons, they are easy and they are gorgeous! I know the idea of tiny little shorts sounds scary but they are a worthwhile investment. They come in so many lovely shades: metallic’s, pastels, bold prints and they come in all different textures. So for your festival look invest in some gorgeous Boho mini shorts.
Crop-tops are perfect for pretty much every occasion, but especially festivals! They are so very versatile, and much like the mini shorts they come in all different colours, prints, textures and styles. What makes any outfit go from nice to drop-dead-gorgeous? You guessed right, accessories. This years festival fashion is taking accessories to the next level! And I love it!
Chunky necklaces are everywhere, and drawstring straps make the replacement from delicate chains, meaning they are more suitable for the party life you have at the festival. Large pendants layered up in all different tones means that you don’t have to take too much this year as you can repeat outfits with different chunky necklaces. Its fashionable and practical.
Body paint is a must have at any festival, ever! Last year and this years differ greatly. Last year there was a lot of sparkles and studs and stick of diamonds, not that much paint itself. This year we have intricate designs circling that eyes and the chest area. This look is stunning and ties the whole thing together.
Finally in festival accessories we have bags. Small handbags and decorated bumbags are both practical, safer and totally adorable! And a must have for 2018! Get old fashioned suede, or be a little more daring and get a bold and textured bag.
