You may look at the title of this blog and decide that green isn’t your cup of tea, on the other hand it may be your favourite colour and you are specifically looking for a green timepiece. If that is the case then you are in the right place. Green is the side of the colour wheel which is most commonly the favourite colour of the male half of the population. This is more apparent in the watch market as the number of green timepieces are low in comparison to colours such as pink and blue.
There are many reasons for this but my guess is the biggest reason is that green is a difficult colour to coordinate in your wardrobe unless you are wearing black and white. I can safely say that I have one green top in my wardrobe which is most commonly worn with a black skirt. If you are trying to incorporate more colour into your wardrobe, more specifically green, then here are some of our recommendations of women’s green watches.
Thomas Sabo
Thomas Sabo are well known for creating timepieces that are stylish and unique and their glam chic green leather watch is no exception.
This timepiece shows off emerald green shades with a gold case which is crystal set, an eye catching combination. It is the strap of this watch which takes centre stage as it has a crocodile skin design which would match well with a croc style belt and bag.
This watch is exquisite in design, well suited to both formal and informal occasions, soon enough your family and friends will be asking where they can get one!
Paul Hewitt
If you like to combine more that one of your interests into your wardrobe then Paul Hewitt might be the right designer for you. They not only have a Signature Olive Fabric watch, but also how off nautical themes with the anchor placed just above the 6 o’clock mark on the dial.
Unlike my previous recommendation, this watch is more subtle in both its colour and design. The olive tones to this watch make it easier to add as an accessory to a variety of different colours as it is more likely to blend in. This style of watch is edgy in design, perfect for a grunge or an alternative style.
Bering
Alternatively, if you are looking for a timepiece which is more minimalistic in its design then Bering might be more you style with their Classic Slim Satin Leather watch.
This watch is also in the subtle shade of olive green presenting a less is more aura. The strap and dial are an olive tone which compliments the gold stainless steel case. Instead of numbers, this sophisticated timepiece shows of markers which are crystal set for a hint of sparkle to your wardrobe. The elegance of this watch mean that it is well suited to work environments as well as formal dinners with your friends and family.
Ted Baker
For a slightly lighter shade of green, our next recommendation is Ted Baker’s Lime Green Leather strap watch with a silver case. This watch is perfectly in line with this summer’s fashion as the main theme is pastels. This timepiece is great for everyday wear and you can easily match it with a pair of lime green shoes and bag to match.
If you are a night owl then this model will be a good accessory as it has glowing hands and markers. You can style this watch with silver bracelets and bangles for a finished look, it would also fit the wardrobe of a bohemian fashionista as this colour is well suited to match burgundy, a bohemian girls essential colour.
Cluse
Finally, the last watch on our recommendations of green watches is Cluse’s La Boheme Gold Tone Lizard strap watch. This particular timepiece is unique in style with more of a blue-green tone to it.
Although this colour is not in season at the moment, it would be a great timepiece for the start of autumn, which isn’t too far away when you think about it!
This watch could be styled well with a lizard print belt bag and shoes for the ultimate fashion statement and is great for both formal and informal occasions.
