Frederique Constant Hybrid Manufacture Smartwatch
Frederique Constant has been stirring up a storm in the Watchmaking industry by combining three unique technologies for the first time ever in Swiss Watchmaking History. It is the World’s first Frederique Constant Hybrid 3.0 watch which combined Calbier, Smart watch functionality and Caliber Analytics into one movement to create an incredible watch built for the future.
So let’s take a deeper look into this stunning series of four Frederique Constant Hybrid watches which are the FC-750MC4H4, FC-750MC4H6, FC-750MCN4H6 and the FC-750DG4H6. Each of these watches contains the incredible movement called the Hybrid Manufacture FC-750 caliber, this is fully developed in house and is also assembled here as well. The caliber is fully patented and its easy to see why, the technology involved in this movement is incredible.
So the first part of this caliber is the mechanical part, this includes the date which is set by the crown which is located at the 3 o’clock position as per any standard Frederique Constant watch. The movement has a beautiful sophisticated Perlage & Circular Côtes de Genève decoration on the movement which contains 26 jewels. The three stunning timepieces have a 42 hours power reserve, 28’800 alt/h. 7+ days battery life. The watches delicate movement is carefully encased in a stainless steel case which comprises of three parts and is polished to give it a lovely shine in a variety of different lights. The watches face has a diameter of 42 mm and is protected by solid Convex sapphire crystal glass which has premium scratch resistance. You can see straight through the watch case back into the movement and oscillating weight behind and the watch is also water resistant to 50 meters.
The second part of the watch is “Smart Watch Functions”, this is the electronic part of the FC-750. This is also developed and assembled in housed by Frederique Constant, this part of the caliber enables the Smart Functions of the watch by integrating the two technologies inside a truly unique caliber. To be able to do this Frederique Constant needed to overcome a huge challenge, they needed to be able to someone remove the negative magnetic effects between the mechanical parts and the electronic parts so that they would not interfere or affect each other. To do this the brand developed a patented unique anti magnetic shield case with their team of highly skilled designers.
How do you connect this incredible hybrid watch to your phone you may be asking? Well there is a pusher button on the left hand side of the case which is used to join the connection between the Hybird Watch App and the Hybrid Watch itself.
