Mühle Glashütte announced a new model to add to their 2017 releases recently. The sporty new model pictured above is the Mühle Glashütte Teutonia Sport II and hence the name is the second edition. It has a number of features including a 42mm case and a unique style date display to name just a few. The model is entirely manufactured in Germany however it is hoping to fuel the engines of many Italian car enthusiasts. We can see exactly how this would appeal to high performance car enthusiasts with the red and black leather bracelet combined with the polished stainless steel case it bears a lot of resemblance to Alpha Romeo, Ferrari and Porsche. Mühle Glashütte has been coupled closely with strong ties to the automotive industry for quite some time now which dates back as early as the start of the 1920’s, when the brand which was called R. Mühle & Sohn at the time was considered a competent professional manufacturer of speedometers, rev counters and car clocks. You can still see a resemblance of this in some of the Mühle Glashütte where the brand has drawn inspiration from the instruments for their “Bella Macchina” from Glashütte.
