Who are Triwa?
The Triwa brand was founded in 2007 by four friends who had the goal of changing the attitudes of many in the watch industry that they thought was too focused on status and tradition. They started the company TRIWA which stands for; Transforming the Industry of Watches. Their purpose was to transform the watch into a modern style symbol through a combination of classic silhouettes and contemporary Scandinavian simplicity.
They managed to find new ways of distribution, design and marketing by looking for inspiration outside the industry.
The original team of four has grown into a family of thirty friends, and have extended their collections and product lines to include bracelets and sunglasses as well as confidently distributing globally.
All of TRIWA design and product development is created in their creative studio in Stockholm where they still follow the same motto they had from day one; to only produce the products they want to wear themselves.

Men’s Watches
Triwa men’s watches are both stylish and durable. They carefully select the materials for their watches making sure only the highest grade materials are used. They are designed in Sweden which is also where all of their genuine leather comes from for their watch straps.
Women’s Watches
The women’s Triwa watches are just as durable and fashionable, the brand took a number of factors in to consideration when designing their ladies watches. Their light weight slimmer designs suite the feminine customers perfectly to make the ultimate fashion accessory.
The Falken collection by Triwa has really shone through this spring through into summer as they released their new additions to the collection just after Baselworld. The additions include men’s and women’s additions which keeps the collection nicely balanced unlike many competitors who choose to put a real focus on the men’s watches only. Describes as “sleek, light and simple watches” by Watchpro.com the brands philosophy ensures the designs and materials used are ones that people will want to wear and show off at any occasion.
Back in late 2016 the Swedish brand revealed the new Skultuna II which is actually the second timepiece it has created in partnership with Skultuna, a 400 year old designer of fine metal objects. Skultuna makes many of their objects from brass which is why the models care was mainly brass. The watch features a eye catching green dial partnered up with a professional quality genuine leather strap manufactured in Sweden’s Tärnsjö Tannery.
Triwa is a very unique brand, their use of pastel colour palettes with hints of carbon, gold and ivory emphasise the finer points of their watches. Triwa has a very earthly feel and we really love it, triwa watches are always designed with a lot of research and development. The designers draw a lot of inspiration from the land, sea and sky around them which helps put a little of the areas culture into their designs only helping to further their individuality.
If you are looking for a good timepiece that is affordable yet manufactured at an extremely high standard then look no further. Triwa watches have a collection to suite any style.
