Timex has teamed up with street clothing and accessory brand Carhartt WIP so that they can add a watch to their Acadia collection. The special edition watch pairs classic function with Carhartt WIP’s modern aesthetic, creating a watch that really fits the brands military inspired spring / summer collection. Carhartt WIP is known for teaming up with some of the best up and coming graffiti artists, skateboarders, musicians and clothing brands.
The Timex x Carhartt WIP Watch draws inspiration from the Timex all-terrain Acadia watch and comes with two custom-labelled NATO-style slip-thru straps perfect for everyday light weight rugged wear. It also features an INDIGLO® night light to make it easy to read under dark conditions, Easy-Set Quick-Date® and distinct designed yellow arrowhead second hand which is a great touch. The watch dial also features an inner ring with the 24 hour clock hour numbers on to make it quick to read the time in both 12 and 24 hour numbers.
The watch is the perfect accompaniment to any stylish outdoor explorer as it is very current with the trends for this summer (2017) and the NATO strap means it is light weight and durable. We would recommend this watch if you are a fan of Timex as it is a professionally manufactured timepiece with a great movement helping you to keep good accurate time under a range of conditions, plus it has nice little features such as the arrow head second hand mentioned above that really finish this watch off to a high standard. This being said we would recommend it if you are a Carhartt enthusiast due to its simplistic style, its not a show off in your face kind of model but thats what makes this watch great. It has simple colours that work well with any outfit for this seasons trends.
