The Samsung Gear S2 by De Grisogono is the first collaboration between the Swiss watchmaker and the South Korean technology giant. It made it’s début appearance at Baselworld 2016. It features all of the latest connected technology and is covered in a lot of precious jewels. Many collaborations between technology companies and jewellery manufacturers only extend as far as a co-branding effort – but this is very different. Both Samsung and De Grisogono have used their respective expertise to create a watch which incorporates both Fashion and Function.
The Samsung Gear S2 by De Grisogono takes its inspiration from traditional jewellery and watchmaking. Just by looking at the device you can tell that it has the distinct style which De Grisogono are incredibly well known for. For that reason, this watch is more than just another smartwatch. In fact, on their official website, Samsung say that De Grisogono have transformed their device into a “smart fashion watch”.
It features rose gold and over 100 black and white diamonds which look absolutely incredible. The diamond-set gold bezel can be turned freely around the dial and it can be used to allow you to access applications and features – including notifications.
The Samsung Gear S2 by De Grisogono features a full version of Samsung’s Tizen operating system. You won’t miss out on any of the amazing features which Samsung have incorporated into their fantastic wearable devices.
